Our mission is to provide dynamic support to local families & youth by connecting them with qualified & effective volunteers. We strive to see the youth in our community be successful & develop meaningful connections.

Our vision is for a community that embraces the youth ensuring that each individual has the opportunity to grow.

Meet Our Team

Morgan Luce, Gina Giuliani, Ashley Shade, and Becca Nigro have a shared passion for helping youth in our community. We have come together to create 'The Village' to coordinate support for local youth and families and help them build connections, relationships, and find resources.

What we do

We find and partner with qualified volunteers who are motivated to work with the youth and families in our community. We match volunteers with families and youth based off of skill set, experience, and availability of the volunteer and needs of the family and youth. The volunteers offer support in a variety of ways including tutoring, skill building, transportation, activities,

and more!
